Gordon A. Moccio has earned the Title of Woodbadge. Wood badge known as the Phd. of Scouting, is a challenging international program which teaches management, team building, and human resource management skills and concepts.Participants are given 18months to complete the program, which culminates in a Beading Ceremony.
